  • Lecturer in Legal philosophy at the Bologna University Faculty of law.
  • Currently teaching Philosophy of Law in Italian and in English, 1st-year, 1st-semester course for law students (120 hours).

7. Research interests

Research interests include the study of social and legal ontology, legal epistemology, the theory of argumentation, and the philosophy of normative language. Currently focusing on the concept of constitutive rules and on the general phenomenon of normatively constituted concepts.
