"A Treatise of Legal Philosophy and General Jurisprudence" is the first multivolume attempt at a comprehensive treatment of the issues in legal philosophy and general jurisprudence, from both a theoretical (vols. 1 to 5) and a historical (vols. 6 to 11) perspective. The work is aimed at jurists as well as at legal and practical philosophers. The editors and contributors of the Treatise are outstanding scholars in the field.
